We are here to inform you about the improvements that will happen to our Customer Support Center starting 8/6 (Mon).
There will be some improvements with our Customer Support Center to make it more comfortable and easy for you, Heroes! However, you will not be able to access our Customer Support Center while we are impletemtning the improvements. Please refer to this notice during that time and we hope you won’t experience any inconvenience with our Customer Support Center.

Customer Support Center will be improved to make it more comfortable and easy to use.
• You will not be able to access our Customer Support Center while we are implementing the improvements but, you can play the game without any problem.
1. Customer Support Center’s Design Improvement
2. Provides detailed solutions for each type of issues/problems.
• Detailed solutions will be provided to you when you click the the category of problem that you need help with.
• Translation feature will also be available if the language that you are using is not supported by our Customer Support Center. You can also receive additional support through our Customer Support Team 1:1 Inquiry if the problem/issue is not resolved with provided solution.
3. Improved Convenient Inquiry Application.
• Categories of Inquiry Application will be changed as stated in the table below.
• Managing feature of Inquiries Applied will be changed.
– “Application Alarm” feature will be added. You will be notified if your inquiry is already answered.
– If you are not satisfied with the answer to your inquiry, you can re-inquire to our CS team using the “Additional Inquiry” feature.
*You have to login using Google/Facebook Account for your Inquiry Application / Management.

Maintenance to improve Customer Service.
*Customer Service will be unavailable during the maintenance, but the game will be operational.
1. Customer Service design will change.
2. Inquiry process will be improved.
– The Inquiry categories will change to the following:
– Checking and managing the inquiries will be easier.
> A feature to notify the player when the inquiry has been answered via app notification will be added.
> If the issue is not resolved, then the issue can be reopened with “additional inquiry.”
*Google/Facebook Account Login has been added to Customer Service, and you must login to submit and manage tickets.
